提高慢性心衰患者生活质量的护理对策分析

Analysis of Nursing Countermeasures to Improve the Quality of Life of Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的探讨选取综合护理干预方式对慢性心衰患者进行干预后对其生活质量等产生的影响。方法将我院2016年4月至2019年2月收治的94例慢性心衰患者数字奇偶法分组;护理组(47例):选取基础护理干预方式+综合护理干预方式完成心衰护理;对照组(47例):选取基础护理干预方式完成心衰护理;就组间明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量调查表评分结果以及心衰护理满意度评分结果展开对比。结果护理前,护理组慢性心衰患者体力限制评分(19.66±2.66)分、社会关系评分(8.36±1.21)分、疾病症状评分(12.87±1.25)分、总评分(41.66±4.86)分与对照组(19.05±2.22)分、(8.04±1.99)分、(12.79±1.22)分、(41.77±4.02)分比较差异不明显(P>0.05);护理后,护理组体力限制评分(11.53±1.57)分、社会关系评分(5.33±1.99)分、疾病症状评分(6.57±1.71)分、总评分(23.73±3.87)分均低于对照组(16.29±1.89)分、(7.59±1.59)分、(9.66±1.05)分、(31.69±4.55)分(P<0.05);护理组慢性心衰患者满意度评分(47.13±2.51)分高于对照组(33.15±5.25)分(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预方式的合理采用,可使得慢性心衰患者于体力限制、社会关系以及疾病症状几方面获得显著改善,并同时对其满意度正性影响显著促进,最终实现慢性心衰患者生活质量、预后有效提升。

Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 94 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to February 2019 were divided into two groups by digital parity method.Nursing group(47 cases):select basic nursing intervention mode+comprehensive nursing intervention mode to complete heart failure nursing.Control group(47 cases):select the basic nursing intervention to complete the nursing of heart failure;The results of the Minnesota quality of life questionnaire for heart failure and satisfaction score for heart failure care were compared between the groups.Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in the scores of physical limitations(19.66±2.66),social relationship(8.36±1.21),disease symptoms(12.87±1.25),total scores(41.66±4.86)between the nursing group and the control group(19.05±2.22),(8.04±1.99),(12.79±1.22),and(41.77±4.02)(P>0.05).After nursing,physical limitations score(11.53±1.57),social relationship score(5.33±1.99),disease symptom score(6.57±1.71),total score(23.73±3.87)in nursing group were significantly lower than in control group(16.29±1.89),(7.59±1.59),(9.66±1.05),and(31.69±4.55)(P<0.05).The satisfaction score(47.13±2.51)in nursing group was significantly higher than that in control group(33.15±5.25)(P<0.05).Conclusion The rational use of comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the physical limitations,social relations and disease symptoms of patients with chronic heart failure,and at the same time significantly promote the positive impact of satisfaction,and finally achieve the effective improvement of life quality and prognosis of patients with chronic heart failure.
