探讨预见性护理在降低阴道分娩产后出血护理中的临床效果

To Explore the Clinical Effect of Predictive Nursing in Reducing Postpartum Bleeding after Vaginal Delivery

目的针对阴道分娩产后出血护理实施预见性护理对产后出血的预防效果。方法本次纳入对象均为本院建档产检并选择阴道分娩的产妇,筛选例数总计为98例,收集起止时间为2019年6月至2021年6月。随机抽签法将其分入不同组别,各49例。对照组实施常规产后出血护理,观察组在常规护理模式同时联合实施预见性护理,对比不同护理模式临床效果存在的差异性,为工作优化提供可靠依据。结果护理干预后,和对照组相比,观察组抑郁和焦虑情绪评分相对较低(P<0.05);两组在阴道分娩后2 h及24 h出血量均值上进行比较,组间存在显著差异,且对照组相对较高(P<0.05);两组产妇在产后生活质量上进行比较,观察组产妇生理、心理、环境、社会交往四项评分相对较高(P<0.05);两组在患者家属对护理满意度上进行比较,观察组较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理干预措施的提升,可显著提升产科产后出血护理工作效率和质量,能够明显改善产妇不良情绪,从而有效预防或是减少出血量,能够改善分娩后产妇生活质量,患者家属对护理工作评价较高,临床应用效果显著,值得借鉴及运用。

Objective To implement predictive nursing for postpartum hemorrhage in vaginal delivery to prevent postpartum hemorrhage.Methods The subjects included in this study were all puerpera who had a documented birth examination and selected vaginal delivery in our hospital.A total of 98 cases were screened,and the collection period was from June 2019 to June 2021.They were randomly divided into different groups with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given routine postpartum hemorrhage nursing,while the observation group was given predictive nursing combined with routine nursing mode.The differences in clinical effects of different nursing modes were compared to provide reliable basis for work optimization.Results After nursing intervention,compared with the control group,the observation group depression and anxiety scores were relatively lower(P<0.05).There were significant differences between the two groups in the mean blood loss at 2 hours and 24 hours after vaginal delivery,and the control group was relatively higher(P<0.05).The two groups of puerpera were compared in postpartum quality of life,the observation group of puerpera physiological,psychological,environmental,social interaction scores were relatively higher(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients'family members was compared between the two groups,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing intervention measures,can significantly improve postpartum hemorrhage nursing work efficiency and quality of obstetrics,can significantly improve maternal bad feelings,so as to effectively prevent or reduce the bleeding,can improve the quality of life,maternal after giving birth to family members of patients with higher nursing evaluation,and clinical application effect is significant,worthy of reference and application.
