小儿高热惊厥急诊护理中全程绿色通道护理路径的价值分析

Analysis of the Value of the Whole Green Channel Nursing Path in the Emergency Nursing of Children with Febrile Convulsion

目的探讨小儿高热惊厥急诊护理中全程绿色通道护理路径的应用价值,并深入分析此项护理路径的可行性、有效性。方法研究时间轴设置为2019年8月至2020年1月,纳入我院共80例小儿高热惊厥患儿,将其作为此次研究的人群。在征求其家长的同意后,鉴于研究的准确性、科学性,将其以随机数字表法均等分组,依次设为对照组(n=40)以及观察组(n=40),分别开展常规护理路径以及全程绿色通道护理路径。以急救指标、体温、护理满意度为指标评价两组患者干预效果,并将其相关数据予以统计分析作为此次研究体现价值的参考依据。结果观察组护理效果较突出且实施价值显高,其急救时间、退热时间、惊厥消失时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。急救前两组患者体温相当(P>0.05),急救后观察组体温低于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。以致观察组患儿家长对此护理流程表示高度肯定与认可,此组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在小儿高热惊厥急诊护理中开展全程绿色通道护理,其实施价值显现且具有一定可行性,可有效提高急救成功率,缩短急救时间,促进患儿症状消退时间,进而达到提升患儿家长对其护理满意度的目的,对医院和谐发展发挥着积极作用,对此提倡推广,建议临床予以采纳此研究成果。

Objective To explore the application value of the whole green channel nursing path in the emergency care of pediatric febrile convulsion,and to deeply analyze the feasibility and effectiveness of this nursing pathway.Methods The study timeline was set from August 2019 to January 2020 for 80 children in our study.After soliciting the consent of their parents,in view of the accuracy and scientific nature of the study,they were equally divided into random number tables,and set into the control group(n=40)and the observation group(n=40),respectively,to carry out the routine care path and the whole green channel care path.The intervention effect of the two groups of patients was evaluated with the first aid index,body temperature and nursing satisfaction as the indicators,and the relevant data were statisanalyzed as the reference basis for the value of this study.Results The nursing effect and implementation value of the first aid time,antipyretic time,convulsion disappearance time and hospital stay time were shorter than the control group(P<0.05).The body temperature of the two groups was equivalent(P>0.05),and the body temperature of the post-emergency observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).As a result,the parents of the observation group highly affirmed and recognized the nursing process,and the nursing satisfaction of this group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion in children high fever convulsion emergency care throughout the green channel care,its implementation value and has certain feasibility,can effectively improve the success rate,shorten first aid time,promote the regression time of children with symptoms,and achieve the purpose of improving parents to their nursing satisfaction,the hospital harmonious development plays a positive role,to advocate promotion,suggest clinical adopt the research results.
