急诊开展快速通道护理对脑卒中救治时间的意义研究

Study on the Significance of Emergency Fast Track Nursing on the Treatment Time of Stroke

目的探讨急诊开展快速通道护理对脑卒中救治时间的意义。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月在大连大学附属中山医院急诊医学科就诊的80例脑卒中患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组40例脑卒中患者采取常规方法护理措施;试验组40例脑卒中患者在采取常规方法护理的基础上增加急诊开展快速通道护理措施,比较两组脑卒中患者从接诊到确诊所用的时间以及从确诊到治疗所用的时间对比。比较两组脑卒中患者脑卒中量表NIHSS评分,格拉斯哥预后评分,后遗症评分标准,安全态度调查评分对比。结果试验组脑卒中患者从接诊到确诊所用的时间以及从确诊到治疗所用的时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组脑卒中患者脑卒中量表NIHSS评分,格拉斯哥预后评分,后遗症评分标准,安全态度调查评分对比均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急诊开展快速通道护理对脑卒中救治时间的意义显著,对脑卒中患者开展急诊快速通道护理可以减少患者救治时间,故对脑卒中患者采取急诊开展快速通道护理具有重要意义。

Objective To explore the significance of emergency fast track nursing on the treatment time of stroke.Methods Eighty stroke patients treated in the emergency medical department of Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Dalian University from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Forty stroke patients in the control group took routine nursing measures;On the basis of routine nursing,40 stroke patients in the experimental group increased emergency fast track nursing measures.The time from reception to diagnosis and from diagnosis to treatment were compared between the two groups.The stroke scale NIHSS score,Glasgow prognosis score,sequelae score standard and safety attitude survey score were compared between the two groups.Results The time from reception to diagnosis and from diagnosis to treatment in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The stroke scale NIHSS score,Glasgow prognosis score,sequelae score standard and safety attitude survey score of stroke patients in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Emergency fast track nursing has significant significance on the treatment time of stroke.Emergency fast track nursing for stroke patients can reduce the treatment time of patients.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out emergency fast track nursing for stroke patients.
