全面护理干预对慢性荨麻疹患者治疗效果的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on the Treatment of Chronic Urticaria

目的研究全面护理干预对慢性荨麻疹患者治疗效果的影响。方法选取医院收治的66例慢性荨麻疹患者并随机分为人数相同的两组(n=33),一组展开常规护理干预(对照组),另一组进行全面护理干预(研究组),观察两组护理效果。结果研究组治疗有效率为96.97%(32/33),对照组治疗有效率为84.85%(28/33),研究组的治疗有效率高于对照组,P<0.05。研究组症状消失时间、住院时间以及病症复发率依次为(3.06±0.84)d、(6.93±1.25)d、3.03%(1/33);对照组症状消失时间、住院时间以及病症复发率依次为(4.61±1.37)d、(10.11±2.59)d、12.12%(4/33),研究组护理指标优于对照组,P<0.05;研究组躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能以及认知功能评分均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论全面护理干预在慢性荨麻疹患者中有着良好的应用效果,可以巩固治疗效果,缩短患者住院时间,提升患者生活质量,值得大力推广和引用。

Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods Sixty-six patients with chronic urticaria were randomly divided into two groups(n=33).One group was given routine nursing intervention(control group),the other group was given comprehensive nursing intervention(study group).The nursing effect of the two groups was observed.Results The effective rate of the study group was 96.97%(32/33),and that of the control group was 84.85%(28/33).The effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).In the study group,the time of symptom disappearance,the time of hospitalization and the rate of disease recurrence were(3.06±0.84)d,(6.93±1.25)d,and 3.03%(1/33)in turn;in the control group,the time of symptom disappearance,the time of hospitalization and the rate of disease recurrence were(4.61±1.37)d,(10.11±2.59)d,and 12.12%(4/33)in turn,and the nursing indexes of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);in the study group,the physical function,psychological function,the physical function,the physical function,the physical function,the physical function The scores of social function and cognitive function were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention has a good application effect in patients with chronic urticaria.It can consolidate the treatment effect,shorten the length of stay and improve the quality of life of patients.It is worth promoting and quoting.
