2020年,习近平总书记提出构建双循环新发展格局。理解双循环新发展格局需要探究其三个要义,一是构建双循环新发展格局须国内循环与国际循环相互促进;二是构建双循环新发展格局须供需双侧同向发力;三是构建双循环新发展格局须宏观政策与市场调节相互配合。理解这三个要义是正确理解双循环新发展格局的关键,也是构建双循环新发展格局过程中需要探究的重要课题。

In 2020,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed the construction of the new development pattern of double circulation.For better understanding and constructing the new development pattern,there is a need to explore its three essentials:first,to promote mutual promotion between domestic circulation and international circulation;second,to take synthetic efforts by both supply and demand;last,to make coordination between macro policies and market regulation.The understanding of three essentials,which are viewed as the key to correctly understand the new development pattern of double circulation,is an important subject to be explored in the process of constructing the new development pattern of double circulation.
