摘要
随着化石燃料的过度燃烧以及国家“碳达峰、碳中和”的号召,CO_(2)催化转化目前得到高度重视。通过CO_(2)加氢生成高附加值化学品被认为是CO_(2)最高效的利用途径,其中甲醇作为重要的化工原料,能够继续反应得到下游化工产品。因此,开发高活性、高稳定性的CO_(2)加氢制甲醇催化剂已经成为目前催化转化领域的热门课题。氧化铟(In_(2)O_(3))属于ⅢA族金属化合物,它有三种晶型,其中立方相(c-In_(2)O_(3))和六方相(h-In_(2)O_(3))较为常见。近年来,In_(2)O_(3)优异的CO_(2)加氢制甲醇性能逐渐受到关注。以In_(2)O_(3)为载体,为进一步提高In_(2)O_(3)催化剂的反应性能,对不同铜负载量进行对比研究,通过共沉淀法制备了高分散的Cu-In_(2)O_(3)催化剂用于CO_(2)加氢制甲醇反应,并通过各种表征手段探究催化剂的高活性原因。
With the excessive burning of fossil fuels and the country’s call for‘emission peak and carbon neutrality’,the catalytic conversion of CO_(2)is currently highly valued.Hydrogenation of CO_(2)to generate high valueadded chemicals is considered to be the most efficient way to utilize CO_(2).Methanol,as an important chemical raw material,can continue to react to obtain downstream chemical products.Therefore,the development of high activity and high stability CO_(2)hydrogenation to methanol catalyst has become a hot topic in the field of catalytic conversion.Indium oxide(In_(2)O_(3))belongs to the ⅢA group of metal compounds.It has three crystal forms,among which the cubic phase(c-In_(2)O_(3))and the hexagonal phase(h-In_(2)O_(3))are more common.In recent years,the excellent CO_(2)hydrogenation to methanol performance of In_(2)O_(3)has gradually attracted the attention of scientific researchers.In this work,using In_(2)O_(3)as the carrier,in order to further improve the reaction performance of the In_(2)O_(3)catalyst,a comparative study of different copper loadings was carried out,and a highly dispersed Cu-In_(2)O_(3)catalyst was prepared by co-precipitation method for CO_(2)hydrogenation to methanol reaction.Characterization means to explore the reasons for the high activity of the catalyst.
