煤化工企业全面加强成本控制的对策

随着我国经济的飞速发展,煤炭能源的相对紧缺,煤化工产业在不可再生能源方面扮演着越来越重的角色。煤炭是许多化工品的原料,现如今对能源和化工品的需求每年都呈上升趋势,通过煤化工企业将煤炭转化为更加清洁高效的能源产品迫在眉睫。煤化工企业对我国社会经济发展有着巨大的推动作用。近年来煤化工企业实现了高速发展,我国诸多煤化工企业的规模也不断扩大,因而煤化工企业发展也面临激烈的市场竞争。在这样的发展环境下,煤化工企业要想扩大市场规模,获得更多的竞争力,就需要加强自身成本管理,通过实现高效成本控制,降低煤化工企业的经营成本,帮助煤化工企业提升经营资金利用率。主要对煤化工企业全面加强成本价控制的重要性和问题进行研究,提出成本控制的有效对策。

With the rapid development of China’s economy and the relative shortage of coal energy,coal chemical industry plays a more and more important role in non renewable energy.Coal is the raw material of many chemicals.Now the demand for energy and chemicals is increasing every year.It is urgent to convert coal into cleaner and more efficient energy products through coal chemical enterprises.Coal chemical enterprises play a great role in promoting China’s social and economic development.In recent years,coal chemical enterprises have achieved rapid development.Many coal chemical enterprises in China have risen one after another,and the scale of enterprises is also expanding.Therefore,the development of coal chemical enterprises is also facing incentive market competition.In such a development environment,if coal chemical enterprises want to expand the market scale and obtain more competitiveness,they need to strengthen their own cost management,reduce the operating cost of coal chemical enterprises and help coal chemical enterprises improve the utilization rate of operating funds by realizing efficient cost control.This paper studies the importance and problems of comprehensively strengthening cost price control in coal chemical enterprises,and puts forward effective countermeasures for cost control.
