分油机排渣罐加热器控制缺陷及优化

摘要 分油机排渣罐加热器逻辑设计存在一定缺陷,液位低时加热器联锁,不会启动加热,且排渣罐没有温度变送器,中控无法实时监控温度。在冬季天气寒冷时排渣罐残余液体容易结冰,结冰会导致液位低开关冻住,从而一直锁定加热器不加热,整个分油机无法正常启动。本地PLC硬件IO点数不足,需要增加PLC卡件,成本较高。通过安装温度变送器,实现中控实时监控,并将中控的信号通过Modbus RS485协议通讯远传至分油机,使用中控的温度信号来控制加热器的启停,如此一来可以实现对于排渣罐的远程监控、远程控制,将排渣罐冬季结冰的顽疾彻底解决。 There are some defects in the logic of the heater of the sludge tank of the centrifuge system.When the liquid level is low,the heater is tripped.Moreover,there is no temperature transmitter in the sludge tank,and the PCS or PLC cannot monitor the temperature in real time.In winter,the liquid in the sludge tank is low and easy to freeze,so the heater is tripped all the time without heating,and the whole centrifuge system cannot be started normally.It is necessary to has a temperature transmitter A temperature transmitter is necessary to,the signal of the central control is transmitted to the oil separator remotely,and the temperature signal of the central control is used to control the start and stop of the heater.In this way,the remote monitoring and control of the slag discharge tank can be realized,and the persistent problem of freezing in winter of the slag discharge tank can be completely solved.
