摘要 加氢反应器对加氢装置极为重要,属于核心设施。通常石油化工行业加氢反应器对运行环境的要求极其严格,不仅制造技术要求多,而且成本高,所以必须确保石油化工行业加氢反应器稳定良好的运行。由此,着重对石油化工行业加氢反应器的损伤类型、因素展开了研究,并提出了一些防治要点,以促进石油化工行业加氢反应器的稳定运行与发展。 Hydrogenation reactor is very important for hydrogenation unit and belongs to core facility.Generally,the hydrogenation reactor in petrochemical industry has extremely strict requirements for the operating environment.It not only has many manufacturing technical requirements,but also has high cost.Therefore,it is necessary to ensure the stable and good operation of hydrogenation reactor in petrochemical industry.Therefore,this paper focuses on the damage types and factors of hydrogenation reactors in petrochemical industry,and puts forward some prevention points,hoping to bring some positive effects to the stable operation and development of hydrogenation reactors in petrochemical industry.
