分子筛在蒸汽加热器泄露后性能恢复情况分析及空分领域拓展

摘要 简述了安徽某套空分装置在实际运行过程中因蒸汽加热器泄漏,导致纯化系统因吸水而造成分子筛吸附性能下降,通过逐项排查最终确定问题所在的过程,并阐述了在线活化的过程和分子筛的性能恢复情况。并对空分领域的一些常见问题进行了分析和阐述,就目前空分装置床层设计的原理和依据给出了自己建议。 In this paper,the leakage of steam heater in an air separation unit in Anhui province resulted in the decrease of adsorption performance of molecular sieve due to water absorption in purification system.The process of the problem was finally determined by checking item by item,and the online activation process and performance recovery of molecular sieve were described.Some common problems in the field of air separation are analyzed and expounded,and the theory and basis of bed design of air separation unit are given.
