摘要 空压机是一种利用空气可压缩性,将气体进行压缩,以减少体积,增加压力的设备。空压机的广泛用于工业领域,种类繁多,由于双螺杆式的优越性,极大提高了其工作效率,广泛用于工业生产的各个领域,但在其应用程度不断扩大的同时,维修工作量增大的问题也日渐突出。通过对海上平台通用的螺杆压缩机各个部件功能、原理、维修、保养等多方面的研究,综合现场实际情况进行阐述,介绍海上平台通用压缩机的结构分析及故障研究。 Air compressor is a kind of equipment that uses the compressibility of air to compress gas to reduce volume and increase pressure.Air compressor is widely used in the industrial field,a wide variety of types,because of the superiority of the twin screw type,greatly improve its work efficiency,widely used in various fields of industrial production,but in its application degree is expanding at the same time,the problem of increasing the maintenance workload has become increasingly prominent.In this paper,the function,principle,repair,maintenance and other aspects of each component of the common screw compressor on the offshore platform are studied,and the structure analysis and fault research of the common screw compressor on the offshore platform are introduced based on the actual situation on the site.
