摘要
建立金泽冠心胶囊中泽泻醇B-23-乙酸酯的高效液相色谱含量方法。采用HPLC法,C18色谱柱(200mm×4.6mm,5μm),以水-乙腈(30∶70)流动相。流速为1.0mL/min;检测波长为210nm,进样量为10μL。泽泻醇B-23-乙酸酯在0.67~5.36μg与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.4%,RSD=0.16%。该方法简便、准确,可作为金泽冠心胶囊的质量控制方法。
Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography method for the content of Alismaol B-23-acetate in Jinze Guanxin Capsules.Methods HPLC method,C18 chromatographic column (200mm×4.6mm,5μm),with water-acetonitrile (30∶70) mobile phase.The flow rate is 1.0 mL.min-1;the detection wavelength is 210nm,and the injection volume is 10μl.Results Alisma alcohol B-23-acetate showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.67~5.36μg (r=0.9999),the average recovery rate was 99.4%,RSD=0.16%.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate,and can be used as a quality control method for Jinze Guanxin Capsules.
