摘要
乳化炸药是一种由水相、油相及密度调整剂构成的特殊型乳化体系,具有成本低、安全性能好、工艺简单、环境友好及优秀的爆炸性能等特点。而水相是乳化炸药的主要组成部分,其对乳化炸药的关键性能影响至关重要。着重考察了水含量和水相pH对乳化炸药性能的影响,探究了水含量对乳化炸药的作功能力、爆速及其储存稳定性影响,分析机理,找出乳化炸药各性能中的最佳水含量。并通过探究pH对一号岩石乳化炸药和三级煤矿许用乳化炸药的爆速、猛度的影响,分别确定了乳化炸药最适pH范围。
Emulsion explosive is a special emulsion system composed of water phase,oil phase and density regulator.It has the characteristics of low cost,good safety performance,simple process,friendly environment and excellent explosion performance.The water phase is the main component of emulsion explosive,and its influence on the key properties of emulsion explosive is very important.This paper focuses on the effects of water content and aqueous pH value on the performance of emulsion explosive,respectively explores the effects of different water content on the working capacity,detonation velocity and storage stability of emulsion explosive,analyzes the mechanism,and finds out the best water content in each performance of emulsion explosive.The optimum pH range of emulsion explosive is determined by exploring the influence of pH value on the explosion speed and intensity of No.1 Rock Emulsion Explosive and grade Ⅲ coal mine allowable emulsion explosive.
