摘要
随着当今社会经济的发展,水、气、油的应用需求日益增加。而在这样的情况下,长距离输送管道也得到了大规模的应用。但是因为长距离输送管道大多为碳钢材质,在水、空气和土壤等的长时间影响下,会出现严重的腐蚀情况,进而对其运输质量与使用寿命造成不良影响。为有效避免此类情况的发生,相关单位通常会采用阴极保护的方式来达到防腐效果。在此过程中,阴极保护电流检测系统的具体应用备受关注。基于此,对长距离输送管道中的阴极保护电流检测系统进行分析,以促进该系统的合理应用。
With the development of today’s society and economy,the demand for water,gas,and oil applications is also increasing.Under such circumstances,long-distance pipelines have also been widely used.However,because most of the long-distance transportation pipelines are made of carbon steel,severe corrosion will occur under the long-term influence of water,air,and soil,which will adversely affect the transportation quality and service life.In order to effectively avoid the occurrence of such situations,relevant units usually adopt cathodic protection to achieve the anti-corrosion effect.In this process,the specific application of the cathodic protection current detection system has also begun to attract attention.Based on this,the article analyzes the cathodic protection current detection system in long-distance transmission pipelines to provide a reference for the reasonable application of the system.
