LNG接收站计量误差的影响因素及应对措施

摘要 LNG接收站输差产生的原因较为复杂,其中最主要的因素就是计量误差。计量误差产生受到诸多因素影响,如温度、仪表、压力及环境等,只有全面了解出现计量误差的原因,才能给出有效的解决措施,有效控制误差的产生。鉴于此,以LNG接收站为对象,分析影响计量准确的因素,结合实际情况给出应对计量误差的具体措施,从源头着手控制计量误差,降低接收站成本损耗,促进企业经济效益的提升。 The reasons for the difference in LNG receiving stations are more complicated,and the most important factor is the measurement error.Measurement errors are affected by many factors,such as temperature,instrumentation,pressure,and environment.Only by fully understanding the causes of measurement errors can effective solutions be given to effectively control the occurrence of errors.In view of this,the article takes LNG receiving station as the object,analyzes the factors that affect the accuracy of measurement,and gives specific measures to deal with measurement errors based on the actual situation,controls measurement errors from the source,reduces the cost of receiving stations,and promotes the improvement of enterprise economic benefits.
