摘要
以上海某重点企业搬迁后遗留下的地块为研究对象,开展地块环境调查及人体健康风险评估工作。参考污染地块风险评估技术规范,建立“污染源—途径—受体”的暴露途径概念模型。结果表明,第二类用地条件下,地块内受乙苯污染的表层土存在经口摄入、皮肤接触以及呼吸吸入三条暴露途径对将来在该地块上的工作人员产生健康风险;污染物乙苯的总致癌风险与总非致癌风险分别为2.19 E-07、1.74 E-03,地块染物乙苯的致癌风险与非致癌危害商均在可接受范围内,该地块未来可作为第二类用地建设开发,无须开展后续修复治理工作。
This paper takes the land left after the relocation of a key enterprise in Shanghai as the research object to carry out land environmental investigation and human health risk assessment.With reference to the technical specifications for risk assessment of contaminated plots,a conceptual model of “pollution source pathway receptor” exposure pathway is established.The results show that under the second type of land use conditions,there are three exposure routes:oral intake,skin contact and respiratory inhalation,which will pose health risks to the staff on the land in the future;The total carcinogenic risk and total non carcinogenic risk of pollutant ethylbenzene are 2.19 e-07 and 1.74 e-03 respectively.The carcinogenic risk and non carcinogenic hazard quotient of pollutant ethylbenzene in the plot are within the acceptable range.The plot can be used as class II Land for construction and development in the future without subsequent repair and treatment.
