恶化工艺条件对活性污泥的特性研究

摘要 模拟序批式反应器(SBR)处理系统培养驯化活性污泥,通过两组不同梯度pH的方式探索活性污泥相关特性及其与污泥恶化的关系。结果表明:pH不断降低能促进污泥解体,导致污泥质量浓度(MLSS)不断降低,SBR1从3 019 mg·L^(-1)降低至1 189 mg·L^(-1),SBR2从3 521 mg·L^(-1)降到1 021 mg·L^(-1)^(-1)不论是培养驯化阶段还是试验阶段,蛋白质(PN)是胞外聚合物(EPS)的重要组分,紧密型胞外聚合物(TB-EPS)层是EPS的主要组成部分,不同梯度pH对蛋白质影响高于多糖(PS)^(-1)pH越低污泥解体越严重,但解体污泥仍有很好COD、氨氮去除效果,试验末期,SBR1和SBR2对COD去除率分别为70.67%和90.57%、对氨氮去除率分别为51.28%和48.84%;解体污泥中,从各层EPS量看,与培养驯化期的活性污泥相比,解体污泥可溶型胞外聚合物(Slime)层、松散型胞外聚合物(LB-EPS)层EPS量均有上升,由于多糖的贡献,解体污泥总EPS量与驯化成熟期质量分数相差不大。高梯度pH反应器活性污泥活性不断降低,从0.56 mgTF·(g TSS·h)^(-1)降低至0.025 mgTF·(g TSS·h)^(-1)。 A simulated sequencing batch reactor(SBR) treatment system was used to cultivate and domesticate activated sludge, and the related characteristics of activated sludge and its relationship with sludge deterioration were investigated through two sets of different gradient pH methods. The research results showed that the continuous decrease of pH promoted the disintegration of sludge, resulting in the continuous decrease of sludge mass concentration(MLSS). MLSS in SBR1 decreased from 3 019 mg·L^(-1)to 1 189 mg·L^(-1), and MLSS in SBR2 decreased from 3 521 mg·L^(-1)to 1 021 mg·L^(-1)^(-1) Whether in the culture and domestication stage or the experimental stage, protein(PN) was an important component of extracellular polymer(EPS), and the compact extracellular polymer(TB-EPS)layer was the main component of EPS. Gradient pH had a higher impact on protein than polysaccharides(PS)^(-1) the lower the pH, the more serious the sludge disintegration, but the disintegrated sludge still had good COD and ammonia nitrogen removal effect. At the end of the test, the COD removal rates of SBR1 and SBR2 were 70.67% and 90.57%,the removal rates of ammonia nitrogen were 51.28% and 48.84%;in the disintegrated sludge, from the perspective of the amount of EPS in each layer, compared with the activated sludge in the culture and domestication period, the disintegrated sludge soluble extracellular polymer(Slime The amount of EPS in the) layer and the loose extracellular polymer(LB-EPS) layer both increased. Due to the contribution of polysaccharides, the total EPS amount of disintegrated sludge was not much different from the content in the domesticated mature stage. The activity of activated sludge in the high-gradient pH reactor continued to decrease, from 0.56 mg TF·(g TSS·h)^(-1)to 0.025 mgTF·(gTSS·h)^(-1).
