摘要
近年来,渤海油田智能分注分采技术已取得较好的水驱开发效果,解决了常规单井测调作业占用平台时间长、测调效率低、水平井和大斜度井适应性差等问题。为进一步对智能分注分采技术规模化应用提供理论依据和指导,依据渤海BZ28-2S油田实际地质模型,开展了单独分注、单独分采和分注分采3种注采方式在不同分注或分采率下增油效果研究和对比分析,并且首次通过数模软件实现水嘴调配,分析调配频率对增油效果的影响。结果表明:3种注采方式均可改善水驱开发效果,但分注分采的增油效果要好于单独分注,单独分注要好于单独分采;分注分采最优组合为分注率80%+分采率100%,单独分注最优分注率为80%,单独分采最优分采率为100%,不建议油田大规模实施分采;分注和分采存在协同作用,可进一步扩大水驱波及体积,提高剩余油动用程度;同时对分注和分采井合理提高调配频率,会进一步提高油田开发效果。
In recent years, the intelligent separate-layer injection and production technology has achieved good water flooding development effect in Bohai oilfield, which solves the problems of long platform occupation time, low efficiency and poor adaptability of horizontal and highly deviated wells. It provides theoretical basis and guidance for further large-scale application of intelligent separate-layer injection and production technology. In this paper, the research and comparative analysis on the oil increasing effect of three injection production methods were carried out,including separate injection, separate production and separate-layer injection and production under different separate injection or separate production rate. It is the first time to realize water nozzle allocation through numerical simulation software, and analyze the influence of allocation frequency on oil increasing effect. The results of numerical simulation show that the three injection production methods can improve the development effect of water flooding, but the oil increasing effect of separate-layer injection and production is better than that of separate injection and separate production;the optimal combination of separate injection-production is 80% of separate injection rate + 100% of separate production rate. The optimal separate injection rate is 80% for separate injection and the optimal separate production rate is 100% for separate production. It is not recommended to implement separate production on a large scale in oilfield. There is a synergistic effect between separate injection and separate production, which can further expand the swept volume of water flooding and improve the degree of remaining oil production. At the same time,reasonably increasing the allocation frequency of separate injection and production wells will further improve the development effect of the oilfield.
