摘要
ZSM-5分子筛具有良好的催化活性和择型性,常被作为催化剂或助剂活性组分广泛应用于丙烯生产过程,但其在高温水热反应过程中存在易失活的问题。使用磷元素对ZSM-5分子筛进行改性能够有效改善其酸性并提高其水热稳定性,进而减少催化剂的失活。综述了磷改性ZSM-5分子筛机理的研究进展,分析了改性方法、改性磷质量分数和分子筛硅铝比对改性效果的影响,并介绍了磷和金属元素复合改性作用的研究现状。对磷改性ZSM-5分子筛未来的发展进行了展望,指出磷与ZSM-5分子筛的具体作用机制和磷与金属元素复合改性是未来研究的主要方向。
ZSM-5 zeolite has been widely used as catalyst or additive active component in propylene production,because of its good catalytic activity and shape selectivity. However, it is easy to inactivate during the high temperature hydrothermal reaction. Using phosphorus to modify ZSM-5 zeolite can effectively improve its acidity and hydrothermal stability, thereby reducing the deactivation of catalyst. The mechanism of phosphorus modified ZSM-5 zeolite was reviewed. The influence of modification method, modified phosphorus mass fraction and silica alumina ratio of zeolite on the modification effect was analyzed. Moreover, the research status of ZSM-5 zeolite modified by phosphorus and metal elements was introduced. The future development of phosphorus modified ZSM-5 zeolite was prospected, it was pointed out that the specific mechanism of phosphorus and ZSM-5 zeolite and the composite modification of phosphorus and metal elements should be the main research directions in the future.
