摘要
苯乙烯焦油是苯乙烯装置生产中常见的危险废物,产生量大,组成复杂,掺烧和外委是企业传统的处置手段,有关回收利用方面的研究相对较少。从组分回收和原料替代这两个方面,综述了近年来国内苯乙烯焦油资源化利用的研究进展,尤其是针对其中苯乙烯、阻聚剂、二苯类有机物等高价值组分回收以及制备高分子材料,调配燃料等方面的利用。结果表明:精馏回收苯乙烯对于各企业来说可行性较高,但后续仍有大量塔釜液需要处理;制备产品可实现焦油的大部分利用,但由于含有低聚物、阻聚剂,使得产品性质存在波动。在此基础上,对其在未来的利用方向作出了展望。
Styrene tar is a common hazardous waste in the production of styrene plant. Incineration and outsourcing are common means of disposal. There are relatively few studies on recycling. In this paper, the research progress of styrene tar resource utilization in China in recent years was reviewed from component recovery and raw material substitution, especially for the recovery of high value components such as styrene, polymer inhibitor, diphenyl organic matter and the preparation of asphalt, resin, deployment of fuel. It can be seen that the recovery of styrene by distillation is feasible for various enterprises, but a large number of materials need to be treated;The prepared products can realize most of the utilization of tar, but the properties of the products fluctuate because of the oligomers and inhibitors.At last, its future application direction was prospected.
