摘要
针对炼厂罐区人工巡检劳动强度大、机器人巡检项目不完善等问题,基于激光导航、边缘计算、图像处理等技术,提出一种人机混合、多机协同、数据互传的巡检方案,并对多智能体联合罐区巡检的应用方式进行了分析与讨论,旨在减少工人劳动强度,提高巡检效率,为建设智能炼厂提供技术支撑。
Aiming at the problems of high labor intensity of manual inspection and imperfect robot inspection items in refinery tank farms, based on laser navigation, edge calculation, image processing and other technologies, a inspection scheme of man-machine mixing, multi-machine cooperation and data mutual transmission was proposed, and the application mode of multi-agent joint tank farm inspection was analyzed and discussed in order to reduce the labor intensity of workers, improve the inspection efficiency and provide technical support for the construction of intelligent refinery.
