摘要 结合LPG码头改建增设LNG接卸功能、化工园区公共管廊、配套辅助生产设施共用等项目的经验,以国内南方某公司LNG接收站和LPG冷冻库拟合建项目为例,研究了以LNG接收站作为主体工程、LPG冷冻库作为合建库的共建工程的设计依据及工艺路线,确认各工艺系统工程界面,研究码头共建可行性,计算泊位通过率,研究共用工程设施方案、冷能利用等,研究项目经济性,总结了两工程共建的优势,包括提高土地利用率、减少库区占地面积、提高码头利用率、节省岸线资源、节能降耗、降低建设方初投资等,提出两工程共建的关键设计要点和安全防范措施。 Combined with the experience of LPG terminal reconstruction for LNG receiving and unloading function,chemical park public pipe gallery, sharing and supporting auxiliary production facilities and other projects, and taking one project in the south as an example, the co-construction of LNG terminal and LPG freezing storage was studied.The LNG terminal was the main project, and the LPG freezing storage was the supporting storage. The co-construction basis and process route were studied, the engineering interface was confirmed, the berth pass rate was calculated, the engineering facilities in common use of cold energy were studied as well as project economy, the advantages of the co-construction were summarized, including improving the land utilization rate, reducing the area of the plant,improving the utilization rate of the wharf, saving the shoreline resources, saving energy and reducing consumption,and reducing the initial investment of the construction party, etc. The key design points and safety precautions of the co-construction of two projects were put forward.
