摘要
常减压蒸馏作为原油加工的第一道工艺,服务于全厂加工流程,其装置用能约占炼厂能耗的五分之一,对企业炼油综合能耗有重要的影响。应用Aspen HYSYS软件模拟某企业的常减压装置,利用夹点技术进行用能分析,通过中段取热方式调整和换热网络优化,使换热终温提高5℃以上;并结合全厂生产流程,优化调整常压塔进料过汽化率,使加热炉负荷降低6.58%,有效降低了装置能耗。
As the first process of crude oil processing, atmospheric and vacuum distillation serves the processing process of the whole plant. Its unit energy consumption accounts for about one fifth of the refinery energy consumption, which has an important impact on the comprehensive energy consumption of oil refining enterprises.The Aspen HYSYS software was used to simulate the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit of an enterprise, and the pinch technology was used to analyze the energy consumption. Through the adjustment of the middle section heat collection mode and the optimization of the heat exchanger network, the end heat exchange temperature was increased by more than 5 ℃;Combined with the production process of the whole plant, the overvaporization rate of the atmospheric tower feed was optimized and adjusted, so that the load of heating furnace was reduced by 6.58%, and the energy consumption of the unit was effectively reduced.
