基于诊改理念的职业教育三闭环混合式教学模式的构建与实证研究 被引量:16

摘要 在高职院校全面推进诊改工作的背景下,将诊改理念融入混合式教学,是推进混合式教学创新的方向。然而,在诊改意识不强及混合式教学模式不成熟的情况下,教师很难将诊改工作与混合式教学有机结合起来,难以达到教学创新的目的。针对这一问题,文章研究构建了基于诊改理念的职业教育课前、课中、课后三闭环混合式教学模式,并对两个班级66位学生开展了实证研究,以验证该模式的有效性。通过与传统模式的对比分析发现,新模式在学习成绩提升、高阶思维能力发展、情感态度培养等方面成效显著,可为高职院校提升教学质量提供理论依据和实践参考。 Under the background of comprehensively promoting the work of diagnosis and improvement in higher vocational colleges,integrating the concept of diagnosis and improvement into blended teaching is the direction of promoting the innovation of blended teaching.However,in the case of unconsciousness of diagnosis and improvement and immature to blended teaching mode,it is too difficult for teachers to combine the two closely to fail to the achievement of teaching innovation.To solve this problem,this study constructed a blended teaching model based on the concept of diagnosis and improvement named“three closed-loop”throughout lessons,classes and after-school.In order to verify the effectiveness of this model,an empirical study was carried out on 66 students in two classes.Through the comparative analysis with the traditional model,it is found that the new model is helpful to improve students'academic performance,high-level thinking ability and emotional attitude.This provides a theoretical basis and practical reference for the improvement of teaching quality in higher vocational colleges.
