心血管药物基因多态性与脑卒中相关性研究进展

Research Progress on the Correlation Between Cardiovascular Drug Gene Polymorphism and Stroke

个体对药物吸收、转运、代谢、消除的不同是基于药物基因组学的多态性。在心血管相关药物基因组学中,有研究表明,其不仅影响药物的有效性、安全性,部分基因还与脑卒中进展、预后相关。本文对目前常见的心血管药物基因对脑卒中患者的进展、预后作一综述,为临床用药指导及判断患者预后提供部分思路。

Individual differences in drug absorption,transportation,metabolism and elimination are based on polymorphism of pharmacogenomics.In the genomics of cardiovascular related drugs,some studies have shown that they not only affect the effectiveness and safety of drugs,some genes are related to the progress and prognosis of stroke.This article reviews the progress and prognosis of common cardiovascular drug genes in stroke patients,and provides some ideas for clinical medication guidance and prognosis judgment.
