高频工况下高温超导带材传输损耗特性研究

摘要 高温超导(HTS)带材的传输损耗是其交流损耗的主要组成部分之一,影响着其工作性能,已成为超导电机领域研究的重要内容。目前,针对HTS带材传输损耗的研究主要集中于kHz频率以下,而kHz以上频段传输损耗对电气参数的依赖规律有待明确。本文以应用于旋转电机领域的HTS带材为研究对象,建立了基于H公式的多层仿真模型,并对50 Hz至1 MHz频段范围内的交变电流传输损耗进行了研究,探究了频率、幅值对传输损耗影响的一般性规律。研究表明:在通入MHz频率以下的交变电流时,HTS带材传输损耗对电流幅值的依赖性小于对频率的依赖性;铜稳定层等金属层损耗达到总损耗97%以上,成为HTS带材传输损耗的主要来源。 The AC transport current loss of HTS tape is one of the main components of its AC loss,which affects its working performance,and has become an important content in the field of HTS motors.Currently,the research on AC transport current loss of HTS tape mainly focuses on the frequency below kHz,while the dependence of AC transport current loss above kHz on electrical parameters needs to be clarified.In this paper,a multi-layer simulation model based on H-formulation for HTS tape used in the field of rotating motors is established,and the AC transport current loss in the range of 50 Hz to 1 MHz is studied,and the general rule of the influence of frequency and amplitude on AC transport current loss is explored.The results show that the dependence of HTS tape AC transport current loss on current amplitude is less than that on frequency when AC current is passed below MHz frequency;the loss of metal layers such as copper stabilizer layer reaches over 97%of total loss,which is the main source of AC transport current loss of HTS tape.
