摘要
综述了近30年烟草及其制品中游离烟碱含量测定方法的研究进展,包括溶剂萃取法、顶空固相微萃取法、核磁共振法、Henderson-Hasselbalch法和光谱法等,总结了各个方法的优缺点,并展望了烟草及其制品中游离烟碱含量检测方法未来的研究方向。
The research progress on determination of free-base nicotine in tobacco and tobacco products in the past 30 years was reviewed and discussed,including solvent extraction method,headspace solid-phase microextraction method,^(1)H NMR,Henderson-Hasselbalch method and spectroscopy method,etc.Advantages and limitations of each method were summarized and discussed and the development in this field was prospected.
