枸杞多糖提取工艺条件的优化 被引量:5

摘要 枸杞多糖具有调节人体免疫、促进造血功能、降低血脂、防止脂肪肝形成、抑制肿瘤生长、增强肌肉骨骼、滋养气血、延缓衰老等多种生物学作用,常常被添加在食品和药品中用以保健身体。以宁夏枸杞为原料探究热水浸提方法对宁夏枸杞多糖的最佳提取工艺条件,通过单因素试验发现料液比、提取时间、提取温度对枸杞多糖提取率有显著性影响,并在单因素试验的基础上设计正交试验及验证试验得出以下结论:枸杞多糖的最佳提取工艺条件是提取温度为100℃,料液比为1∶20,提取时间为5 h,此时枸杞多糖的提取率为7.04%。枸杞多糖提取工艺的研究可以为今后的多糖提取及相关研究提供参考,有助于枸杞多糖添加至食品药品中,使其在医学、药学等领域得到更加广泛的应用。 Lyciumbarbarum polysaccharide has many biological functions,such as regulating human immunity,promoting hematopoietic function,reducing blood lipid,preventing the formation of fatty liver,inhibiting tumor growth,strengthening musculoskeletal,nourishing qi and blood,delaying aging and so on.It is often added to food and drugs to protect the body.In this paper,Ningxia Lyciumbarbarum was used as raw material to explore the best extraction conditions of Lyciumbarbarum polysaccharide by hot water extraction method.Through single factor test,it is found that the material liquid ratio,extraction time and extraction temperature has significant effects on the extraction rate of Lyciumbarbarum polysaccharide.Based on the single factor test,the orthogonal test and validation test were designed,and the following conclusions are obtained:the orthogonal test shows that the optimal extraction conditions are when the extraction temperature is 100℃,the solid-liquid ratio is 1∶20 and the extraction time is 5 h.At this time,the extraction rate of Lyciumbarbarum polysaccharide is 7.04%.The significance of this study is that it can provide reference for the extraction of polysaccharides and related research in the future,help to add Lyciumbarbarum polysaccharides to food and drugs,and make it more widely used in medicine,pharmacy and other fields.
