河南北部农村老年人居家环境适老化水平的调查研究

Investigation on the suitable aging level of home environment on the villages elderly in north He'nan

目的调查农村老年人居家环境适老化水平现况,并分析其影响因素。方法以河南北部的360名农村老年人为研究对象,使用一般资料问卷和农村老年人居家环境适老化调查问卷进行调查。结果农村老年人居家环境适老化水平较低,为(41.67±5.62)分,多元线性回归分析结果显示,农村老年人的居家环境适老化水平主要受年龄、以往职业、个人月均收入、是否居住楼房影响(P<0.01)。结论河南北部农村老年人居家环境适老化水平较低,尚不能满足农村老年人居家养老中对环境的需求,应进一步加强对居家环境适老化工作的宣传及支持,提高农村老年人居家环境适老化水平。

Objective To investigate the current situation and influencing factors of the aging level of home environment on the rural elderly.Methods A total of 360 elderly people in He'nan Province were selected for the study and investigated by the general data and the Aging Level of the Home Environment.Results Rural elderly home environment suitable for aging level was low,the score was(41.67±5.62).Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that the age,previous occupation,personal monthly average income and building were the main influencing factors(P<0.01).Conclusion The suitable aging level of rural elderly home environment suitable in the villages of northern Henan is low,which can not meet the needs of family pension.We should further strengthen the publicity and support of rural elderly home environment to improve their suitable aging level.
