摘要
文化地理关注“文化”和“地理”的相互作用,是20世纪下半叶地理批评的“文化转向”和文化研究的“空间转向”后学术互动的产物。21世纪初,文化地理又发生一次“情感转向”,其研究内容不断丰富。由于“乡愁”涉及到空间和地方,以及对故国文化的情感依恋,所以它成为文化地理研究的重要内容。黎锦扬的《花鼓歌》是美国华人移民文学的代表作,展现了战后唐人街老一代华人移民记忆“乡愁”的空间体验,在强势文化空间的挤压下,他们用身体、情感和景观再现了“乡愁”的地方性特征。
As a result of the mutual influence between"culture"and"geography",cultural geography has been enriched since the academic interaction between"cultural turn"of geocriticism and"spatial turn"of cultural studies in the second half of the 20^(th) century,as well as"affective turn"at the beginning of this century."Nostalgia"being involved in space,place and affective attachment to domestic culture,it has become a major concern of cultural geography.As a representative of Chinese American immigrant literature,The Flower Drum Song by C.Y.Lee has demonstrated the spatial experience of"nostalgia"in the mind of the Chinese immigrants of the old generation living in the Chinatown after World War II,representing the locality of“nostalgia”with their bodies,affections and landscapes under the pressure of the dominant cultural space.
