摘要
不列颠哥伦比亚大学(UBC)的乡村教师教育实践已有三十多年的发展历史,以“培养学习者的社区”为其核心理念,高度重视农村和小型学校环境,强调与地方社区和学区紧密联系的地方意识学习,突出师范生的教学实践和经验,形成了理论和实践深度融合,学校、地方与社区高度集成的地方本位培养模式。这种培养理念和实践对我国乡村教师教育和未来学校的发展具有一定的借鉴和启示。
The rural teacher education practice of the University of British Columbia(UBC)has a history of over thirty years.With the core concept of"Nurturing Communities of Learners",UBC's education practice attaches great importance to the rural and small school surroundings,emphasizes place-conscious learning with strong ties to local communities and school districts,and highlights the teaching practice and experience of teacher candidates.Consequently,a local-based training model is formed,which deeply combines theory and practice,and highly integrates schools,locals,and communities.This training concept and practice provide reference and enlightenment for the development of rural teacher education and schools in China.
