经过十多年努力,高等教育贯彻“立德树人”战略取得重要进展。“立德树人”已成为高等教育发展的价值导向,其制度化建设成为高等教育发展的重要保障,实践落实成为高等教育发展的内生动力,协同联动机制成为高等教育发展的重要助力。但高等教育存在的“道德性逻辑”与“知识性逻辑”的悖反,缺少科学有操作性的评价机制,协同推进不足等问题在一定程度上也影响了实施效果。在未来高校“立德树人”战略的进一步的落实工作中,必须坚持“中国特色”“系统思维”“时代表达”和“内涵建设”。

After more than ten years of efforts,important progress has been made in the implementation of the strategy of"Building Morality and cultivating people"in higher education."Building Morality and cultivating people"has become the value orientation of the development of higher education.Its institutionalization construction has become an important guarantee for the development of higher education.Practice and implementation have become the endogenous driving force of the development of higher education,and the collaborative linkage mechanism has become an important driving force for the development of higher education.However,there are some problems in higher education,such as the contradiction between"moral logic"and"knowledge logic",the lack of scientific and operational evaluation mechanism,and the lack of coordinated promotion,which affect the implementation effect to a certain extent.In the further implementation of the strategy of"Building Morality and cultivating people"in Colleges and universities in the future,we must adhere to"Chinese characteristics","systematic thinking","expression of the times"and"connotation construction".
