河南土地契约文书俗字校读释例

The Proofreading and Interpretation of Common Words of Land Contract Documents in Henan Province

王支援等主编的《故纸拾遗》收录了地契、房契、诉讼、婚事等各类河南民间写本文书,其中“卷壹”共收录了395件河南土地契约文书。因为这些文书多是由民间书手书写而成,所以文书中俗字繁多。虽然整理本在释录这些文书的时候,已经注意到了其中的俗字现象,但是有时却因误识或不识其中的俗字而产生一些失误。今从河南土地契约文书中选取二十五则整理本因误识或不识俗字而释录失误的例子,通过考证这些俗字,力图恢复此批文书的本来面貌,为相关研究提供参考。

Guzhishiyi,edited by Wang Zhiyuan and other editors,includes land deeds,house deeds,lawsuits,marriages and other folk books written by Henan people.Among them,"Volume I"contains 395 Henan land contract documents.Because these documents are mostly written by folk calligraphers,there are many common words in the documents.Although the collation of these documents in the interpretation of the time,has noticed the phenomenon of common words,but sometimes because of the misunderstanding or not recognize the common words,resulting in some mistakes.This paper selects twenty-seven examples from the land contract documents in Henan Province,and tries to restore the original appearance of this approval document through textual research on these common characters,so as to provide reference for relevant research.
