青藏高原大学生创业倾向调查及教育策略研究

A Study on Entrepreneurial Tendency and Educational Strategy of College Students in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau

本研究采用自编问卷,对青藏高原大学生的创业倾向实施调研,结果表明:大学生创业倾向整体水平中等偏上;其中,创业课程、学生创业品质达到良好水平;创业行动力、创业体验及实践有待加强。对此,研究从优势与不足聚焦人才培养的管理体系构建、创业心理资本、学业质量、创业准备、家庭创业环境等方面予以分析,并探索了高校创业教育的策略。

In this study,a self-designed questionnaire is used to investigate the entrepreneurial tendency of college students in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.The results show that the overall level of college students'entrepreneurial tendency is above average;among them,entrepreneurship courses and students'entrepreneurship quality reached a good level;entrepreneurial motivation,entrepreneurial experience and practice need to be strengthened.In this regard,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of talent training management system construction,entrepreneurial psychological capital,academic quality,entrepreneurial preparation,family entrepreneurial environment and other aspects,and explores the strategies of entrepreneurial education in collegesand universities.
