MicroRNA-183家族在肿瘤中的异常表达及其机制研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 MicroRNA-183(miRNA-183,miR-183)家族基因位于人类7号染色体,作为高度保守的miRNA家族成员,已有多项研究证实其与肿瘤的发生存在关联。该文总结了miR-183家族在不同肿瘤中表达变化的机制,以及其对肿瘤增殖、凋亡、侵袭等生物学行为的调控机制,为miR-183家族作为肿瘤标志物单独及联合其他指标检测对肿瘤的诊断及预后价值提供依据。
