脑白质病变发病相关基因多态性研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 脑白质病变(WMLs)是脑小血管疾病的放射学标志,表现为脑CT或脑磁共振成像(MRI)显示弥漫性、非特异性的脑白质异常。目前关于WMLs的研究侧重于其危险因素、临床症状及治疗等方面,关于其相关基因多态性报道不是很多。研究表明,至少60个基因突变可导致WMLs,主要与载脂蛋白E(ApoE)、肾素—血管紧张素系统(RAS)、跨膜受体蛋白3(NOTCH3)、丝氨酸蛋白酶1(HTRA1)、解偶联蛋白4(mUCP4)、Ⅳ型胶原蛋白基因α1(COL4A1)、3′-外切核酸酶1(TREX1)、环氧化酶2(COX-2)等相关基因多态性密切相关,对WMLs相关基因的多态性进行深入研究可为探究其遗传因素提供参考。
