Construction of Water Transport Safety Supervision System

近年来,我国水上运输规模呈上升趋势,内河航道通航里程也在不断增加。水上运输船舶数量日渐增多,使船舶通航密度不断增大,水上发生的交通事故亦逐年增长。为加强安全环保监督管理、保障水路交通事业安全发展,本文基于实际,探究了目前国内水路运输安全监管存在的问题,提出水上交通安全环保监管系统的总体建设方案。

In recent years,with the rapid development of water transport in China,the mileage of inland waterways has been increasing. The number of waterborne vessels,density of navigation and the number of water accidents are increasing year by year. To strengthen safety supervision and management and ensure the healthy and safe development of water transport,based on the actual situation,this paper analyzes the current problems of domestic water transport safety supervision and put forward the construction of the overall construction plan of water transport safety supervision system.
