高速公路服务区服务质量提升研究

高速公路服务区是现代化综合交通体系的组成、交通强国建设中的环节之一。面对人们日益丰富多样化的需求,高速公路服务区需要不断提高其服务质量,以高效应对顾客需求的动态演变。尤其在旅游业和智能化技术的带动下,完善管理制度、提高服务质量和应对多样化需求成为目前关注的重点。本文通过阐述我国高速公路及服务区的发展现状,介绍高速公路服务区的多种功能,整理已有对高速公路服务区服务质量评价的研究,提出了基于高速公路服务区服务价值来提高服务区服务质量的相关建议,为高速公路服务区的优化提供参考。

Expressway service area is the composition of modern comprehensive transportation system,and is one of the links in the construction of transportation power. Facing the increasingly rich and diverse needs of people,expressway service areas need to improve their service quality continuously in order to respond to the dynamic evolution of customer needs effectively. Especially driven by tourism and intelligent technology,improving management system,improving service quality and responding to diversified needs have become the focus of attention. This paper expounded the development status of Chinese expressway and its service area,introduced the various functions of expressway service area,and sorted out the existing research on the service quality evaluation of expressway service area. Then it put forward relevant suggestions to improve the service quality of expressway service area based on the service value of expressway service area,so as to provide reference for the optimization of expressway service area.
