良好的师生关系对学生的身心发展尤为重要。寄宿制初中的学生与老师朝夕相处,其发展更加依赖于和谐的师生关系。对咸阳市乡镇寄宿制初中的学生发放《中学生师生关系量表》,分析农村寄宿制初中师生关系的现状并提出建议,以期为加强中学生的教育管理、促进其身心健康发展提供借鉴。

Harmonious teacher-student relationship is particularly important for students’physical and mental development.The development of boarding school junior middle students depends more on friendly teacher-student relationship,because students get along with their teachers day and night.“Questionnaire on the teacher-student relationship among middle school students”was distributed to the students in township boarding junior middle schools,with the current situation of teacher-student relationship in boarding school analyzed in order to provide references for strengthening the education of middle school students and promoting their physical and mental health development.
