舟山绿色石化产业集群与市域社会治理互构机制探析

On the Mutual Construction Mechanism between Zhoushan Green Petrochemical Industrial Cluster and Municipal Social Governance

从舟山市域社会治理问题和挑战的角度,研究舟山群岛新区绿色石化产业集群发展对市域社会治理的影响及策略选择,提出要坚持党建引领,根据产业经济优势和发展特点确立宏观战略和路线,整体性、系统化、有步骤地打通绿色石化产业集群与市域社会治理之间的共创共赢通道。

This paper makes a special study not only of the influence of developing the green petrochemical industrial cluster in Zhoushan Archipelago New Area upon the municipal social governance but also of the strategic choice from the perspective of both the social governance in Zhoushan City and its challenges.It is suggested that we should adhere to the guidance of Party construction,establish the macro strategy and line according to the industrial economic advantages and development characteristics,and open up the win-win channel between green petrochemical industrial cluster and municipal social governance in an integrated and systematic way.
