重识新建工科高校教师“教学科研统一观”

摘要 以洪堡的“教学科研统一原则”为依据,结合新建工科高校产业、学科与专业之间的内在规律,重新认识了新建工科高校“教学科研统一观”的本质特性。研究发现,工科高校教师必须科学认识教学科研目标的一致性、内容的共享性、方法的相通性和效果的协同性等“教学科研统一观”的内在特性,才能真正实现教学科研协同育人的教育初心。因此本研究与以往“教学科研统一观”的研究不同之处在于:第一,研究视角。从“产以致研、研以致教、教以致学、学以致产”等教育教学各环节协同视角研究“教学科研关系”,以实现两者辩证统一。第二,研究意义。提高工科教师对“研以致教”的认知和实践,有助于“应用科研创造工程新知,工程新知培养工程人才”的科教融合的实现;提高工科教师对“产以致研、研以致教、教以致学、学以致产”的认知和实践,有利于“源于工程、用于工程、回归工程”的“产教融合”战略落地。 Starting with Humboldt’s“Unity of Teaching and Research”and combined with the internal laws of industries,disciplines and majors in newly-built engineering colleges and universities,this paper reconsiders the essential characteristics of“Unity of Teaching and Research”in newly built engineering colleges and universities.It is found that teachers in engineering colleges and universities must have a scientific understanding of the inherent characteristics of“Unity of Teaching and Research”,such as the consistency of teaching and research objectives,the sharing of content,the interconnection of methods and the synergism of effects,in order to truly realize the original intention of teaching and research collaborative education.Therefore,the differences between this study and previous studies on the“Unity of Teaching and Research”are as follows:First,the research perspective:achieve a dialectical unity of the two from the perspectives of“advancing research with production,promoting teaching with research,improving learning by teaching and facilitating production by learning”,and other aspects of education and teaching to study the“relationship between teaching and research”;second,the research significance:improve engineering teachers’cognition and practice of“advancing teaching with research”,and contribute to the realization of the integration of science and education of“applying the scientific research to the creation of new knowledge of engineering and the new knowledge of engineering to cultivate engineering talents”;enhancement of engineering teachers’cognition and practice of“promoting research high production”,“advancing teaching with research and raising production by learning”is conducive to the implementation of the strategy of“integration of industry and education”of originating from engineering,applying to engineering and returning to engineering”.
