摘要
介绍了在开发和生产大众系列汽车发动机缸体过程中,不同铸件出现的水套断芯、铸件表面烧结粘砂、缸孔孔眼打压渗漏等典型缺陷案例,对它们产生的原因进行逐一排查,通过不断改进工艺和更换新材料,深化操作,严控工序质量,使铸件的各种缺陷得到有效控制,最后指出:影响缸体铸件质量的因素较多,应细心探索难以发现的细节,把工艺改进与工艺管理完美地结合起来,让思路更具有逻辑性,更能溯源到问题的根本,这样才能制造出高质量的精品铸件。
An introduction was given to the typical defects of water jacket break core,casting surface sintering adhesive sand,cylinder hole water-pressure test leakage in the development and production of cylinder block of volkswagen series automobile engine,check their causes one by one. By constantly improving the process and replacing new materials,deepening the operation,strictly controlling the procedure quality,the various defects of the casting had been effectively controlled. Finally,it was pointed out that there were many factors affecting the quality of cylinder block castings,we should carefully explore the details difficult to find,perfectly combine process improvement with process management,so that our thinking would be more logical,more traced to the root of the problem,so as to produce high-quality castings.
