高职院校创新创业教育与校园文化建设融合研究

创新创业教育是培养学生创业意识、创业思维、创业技能和创业精神的综合素质教育。校园文化对于培养学生的创业意识、创业能力、创业心理品质、创业团队精神和塑造学生性格与促进学生社会化等方面都具有独到的作用。文章通过讨论创新创业教育与校园文化建设相融合的现实意义,提出高职教育既要充分把握校园文化的时代特征通过构建系统的创新创业教育体系来丰富校园文化内涵,也要进一步明确创新创业型人才培养的理念和目标、重构校园文化育人体系,充分利用校园文化强大平台探索培养创新型人才的有效路径,营造创新创业学习文化氛围,打造创新创业文化生态。从而实现创新创业教育与校园文化建设之间的良性互促。

Innovation and entrepreneurship education is a comprehensive quality education which trains students'entrepreneurship awareness,entrepreneurship thinking,entrepreneurship skills and entrepreneurship spirit.Campus culture plays a unique role in cultivating students'entrepreneurial consciousness,entrepreneurial ability,entrepreneurial psychological quality,entrepreneurial team spirit,shaping students'character and promoting students'socialization.By discussing the practical significance of integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education with campus culture construction,this paper proposes that higher vocational education should not only fully grasp the characteristics of campus culture,but also enrich campus culture connotation by constructing systematic innovation and entrepreneurial educational system.It is also necessary to further clarify the concept and goal of innovative and entrepreneurial talent training,reconstruct campus culture education system,fully benefit the campus culture powerful platform to explore the effective path of cultivating innovative talents,create an innovative entrepreneurial learning culture atmosphere,create innovative entrepreneurial cultural ecology.So as to realize the benign mutual promotion between innovation and entrepreneurship education and campus culture construction.
