高职劳动教育的实施路径与评价体系

摘要 在以往的价值观念里,很多人把劳动作为谋生的手段、金钱对等交换的条件、教育惩罚的方式,导致劳动教育的弱化和狭隘化。新时代背景下,劳动教育不仅仅是个人问题,更是政治层面的问题。《中共中央国务院关于全面加强新时代大中小学劳动教育的意见》要求教育以全面发展为最终目的,把劳动教育提升到历史新高度,引起广大人民的重视。高职院校在进行劳动教育过程中,要积极创造学生的主观能动性,同时借助劳动课堂、课堂劳动和生产课堂的外因,形成劳动教育良好的生态环境。通过构建劳动的教育体系、支持体系和评价体系,建立劳动教育的长效机制,从而提高劳动教育的实效。 In the previous values,labor is regarded as a means of livelihood,the terms of reciprocal exchange of money,the way of educational punishment,which leads to the weakening and narrowness of labor education.Under the background of the new era,labor education is not just a personal issue,but about political issues.The Communist Party of China Central Committee and the State Council have unveiled a guideline on strengthening education on the hardworking spirit among students in universities,secondary and primary schools.The guideline called for the comprehensive development,which lead labor education to a new height.The students'subjective initiative should be created actively in the process of labor education by higher vocational colleges.At the same time,a good ecological environment for labor education is formed by labor classroom,classroom labor and productive classroom.Education system,support system,evaluation system and long-term mechanism of labor education is set up,which improves the effectiveness of labor education.
