公费师范生“G-U-S-S-F”协同培养体系的构建——以教育扶贫视域下初中起点公费师范生为例 被引量:1

摘要 初中起点公费师范生是以初中毕业为起点公费定向培养的师范生群体,是我国广大乡村地区未来教育师资的有生力量。初中起点公费师范生项目是教育扶贫的重要举措,对乡村教师队伍建设,对振兴乡村教育,对促进教育公平,对民族复兴都具有重要意义。在系统分析其目前培养过程中存在的问题基础上,构建“G-U-S-S-F”协同培养的科学体系,充分发挥政府、高校、地方中小学、社会和家庭等各方主体的协同培养作用,全方位优化学生成长的环境场域,有助于全面提高初中起点公费师范生群体的培养质量。 Public-funded normal students graduated from junior high school are a group of normal students at the starting point of junior high school trained to be teachers for rural areas.They are a vital force for future education in the country's rural areas.The project is an important measure of education poverty alleviation.It is of great significance to the construction of the rural teacher team,the revitalization of rural education,the promotion of educational equity,and the national rejuvenation.On the basis of systematic analysis of the existing problems in its current training process,building a scientific system of"G-U-S-S-F"collaborative training,giving full play to the collaborative training role of the government,universities,local primary and secondary schools,society,and families,and optimizing students'growth environment will help improve the quality of the training in an all-round way.
