铁路旅客运输组织课程思政教育进课堂育人模式的探索

高等教育的目的是为社会输送基础能力扎实、专业能力强的现代化高素质人才。高校在进行专业课程教学时将思政教育融入课堂具有重大意义。文章从铁路旅客运输组织课程具体内容出发,深入研究探讨铁路旅客运输组织课程与思政教育结合的有效途径,阐明教师在旅客运输组织课程中应该向学生传授的思政要点以及在课程结束后学生应该具备的道德品质。提出多维互动式旅客运输与思政教育结合的课堂教学模式和课程开展效果的评价方法,为铁路旅客运输组织课程与思政教育的结合提供可行的方法,推动铁路旅客运输组织课程与思政教育融合的进程。

The purpose of higher education is to provide the society with modern and high-quality talents with solid basic abilities and strong professional abilities.It is of great significance for colleges and universities to integrate ideological and political education into the classroom when teaching professional courses.Starting from the specific content of the Railway Passenger Transportation Organization course,this paper deeply researches and explores the effective ways of combining Railway Passenger Transportation Organization with ideological and political education,clarifies the ideological and political points that teachers should teach to students in the passenger transportation organization course and moral qualities that students should possess after the course.The paper proposes a multi-dimensional interactive passenger transportation and ideological and political education combination of classroom teaching mode and curriculum development effect evaluation methods,provides a feasible method for the combination of Railway Passenger Transportation Organization and ideological and political education,and promotes the integration process of Railway Passenger Transportation Organization courses and ideological and political education.
