低成本柔性Au-SERS基底的制备研究

摘要 采用模板法与纳米压印技术,分别以多孔氧化铝模板的顶部和底部为印章,制备出高度有序的金纳米突起结构阵列和金纳米碗结构阵列。利用扫描电子显微镜对金纳米结构阵列进行表征分析,并研究Au的沉积厚度对金纳米结构阵列及SERS效应的影响。结果表明,通过该技术制备出的金纳米结构阵列活性基底高度有序、具有较强的SERS效应,且可通过控制Au的沉积厚度来调控纳米结构的尺寸,从而调控局域电磁场。同时,该制备工艺简单、成本低廉且能够实现厘米级的大面积制备,为SERS活性基底的低成本应用提供一条新途径。 Highly ordered gold nano protrusion array and gold nano bowl array were prepared by template method and nanoimprint technology with the top and bottom of porous alumina template as stamp,respectively.The scanning electron microscopy(SEM)was used to characterize and analyze the Au nanostructure arrays,and the influence of Au deposition thickness on Au nanostructure arrays and SERS effect was studied.The results show that the SERS-active substrate prepared by this technology is highly ordered and has strong SERS effect,and the size of the nanostructure can be controlled by controlling the deposition thickness of Au,thereby regulating the local electromagnetic field.At the same time,the preparation process is simple and cost-efficient,thereby can realize large-area preparation of centimeter level,which provides a new way for low-cost applications of SERS active substrates.
