摘要
触摸屏保护盖板玻璃采用离子交换化学增强方法对玻璃增强,随着生产中离子交换的持续进行,熔盐中Na+逐步增加,从而降低熔盐浓度,阻碍离子交换,导致玻璃强化性能下降。研究钢化液中不同Na+浓度对强化性能的影响及其与CS、DOL、4PB等强化性能的对应关系,从而在生产中动态监控钢化炉中Na+浓度对指导生产非常必要。
The glass used for touch screen protective cover plate is strengthened by ion exchange chemical strengthening method.With the continuous ion exchange in production,Na+in molten salt gradually increases,which reduces the concentration of molten salt,hinders ion exchange,and leads to the decline of glass strengthening performance.It is necessary to study the effect of different Na+concentration in the tempering liquid on the strengthening performance and its corresponding relationship with CS,DOL,4PB and other strengthening properties,so as to dynamically monitor the Na+concentration in the tempering furnace in production.
