摘要
目的探讨耳垂皱褶(earlobe creases,ELC)观察与颈动脉超声联合检查诊断慢性冠状动脉综合征(chronic coronary syndromes,CCS)的临床价值。方法2019年10月至2020年6月在广州市番禺区中心医院对120例拟诊CCS的患者分别进行ELC观察、颈动脉超声检查以及冠状动脉造影(coronary arteriongraphy,CAG)检查。以CAG结果为标准,分别评价ELC观察、颈动脉超声检查单独或联合检查诊断CCS的敏感度与特异度。结果ELC观察、颈动脉超声诊断CCS的敏感度、特异度分别为87.78%和63.33%、75.56%和86.67%,两者联合诊断的敏感度和特异度分别提高到98.89%、90.00%,联合检查的敏感度和特异度均高于单项检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ELC观察和颈动脉超声联合检查对CCS有很好的临床预测价值,可作为慢性冠状动脉综合征诊断的辅助标准。
Objectives To evaluate the clinical significant of the observation of earlobe creases(ELC)combining with the carotid ultrasound for the diagnosis of chronic coronary syndrome(CCS).Methods 2020 in Panyu Central Hospital,120 patients with CCS were performed ELC observation,carotid ultrasound and coronary angiography(CAG). Taking the results of CAG as the standard,the diagnosis sensibility and specificity of ELC observation,carotid ultrasound and ELC observation combime with carotid ultrasound for CCS were evaluated.Results The diagnosis sensibility and specificity of ELC observation,carotid ultrasound and ELC observation combime with carotid ultrasound for CCS were 87.78% and 63.33%,75.56% and 86.67%,98.89% and 90.00%,respectively. The diagnosis sensibility and specificity of ELC observation combime with carotid ultrasound for CCS was significantly higher than those of ELC observation or carotid ultrasound only(P<0.05).Conclusions ultrasound has high clinical value for diagnosis of CCS,which can be used as an auxiliary standard for the diagnosis of CCS.
